Official Convention Hotel for ConGlomeration 2013

The Louisville Ramada Plaza Hotel and Conference Center (formerly the Clarion) will host ConGlomeration in 2013. You can reserve your room by phone at (502) 491-4830.

2012 Hotel rates for ConGlomeration:

• Standard Rooms -- $69.00 + Tax 
• Deluxe Suites -- $106.00 + Tax

You must mention ConGlomeration during the reservation process to receive our reserved rates and to secure a room in the Official ConGlomeration room block. (Those of you planning room parties should stay in the ConGlomeration room block to avoid peeving the mundanes.) The discounted convention room rates expire at 3pm on March 21, 2013. We recommend you make your reservations no later than March 1! You can always cancel your reservations 48 hours before ConGlomeration 2013 if you decide not to stay on the property.

Remember, staying at the host hotel is what makes ConGlomeration possible! The more room-nights our members book, the lower our cost for reserving the convention space. If we cannot book enough credited members into the hotel -- and that means mentioning ConGlomeration during your telephone reservation process -- the convention space will be priced out of our reach. Conversely, the more members that stay at the host hotel, the lower our cost for staging ConGlomeration, thus improving our ability to book more and better guests, programs and amenities at future conventions. Those of you who wish to see ConGlomeration continue can do your part by reserving room nights at our host hotel and mentioning ConGlomeration during the reservation process.
